Lush Laser & Aesthetics Policies
Lush Laser & Aesthetics provides complimentary consultations with a licensed provider. We work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of an Appointment:
In the case of a cancellation or the need to reschedule, please call Lush Laser & Aesthetics at 630-296-7862. If you do not reach one of our receptionists, please leave a detailed message with your full name and phone number. We strive to offer the best service and we value our patient’s time as much as the provider’s.
In the case of a cancellation under 24 hours a $50 cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
No Show Policy:
Patients who are unable to show up for their appointment without canceling or are 30 minutes late are deemed a “no-show”. A $50 charge will be issued and Lush Laser & Aesthetics will require patients to prepay for services in full after 2 instances. The no-show will be noted and the deposit will be counted as a retainer towards future appointments.
Patients must claim and show proof of vouchers In order to receive discounts on services from promotions.
Patients Below 18 Years of Age:
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults. To ensure a safe and successful treatment, legal guardians must accompany the minor.
For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.
Laser and Body packages are nonrefundable. In the event that a patient no longer would like to complete a treatment package, the value of those treatments may be transferred to other services within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Lush Laser & Aesthetics does not offer refunds on any services rendered for any reason. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
All injectable & service treatment sales are not refundable and credits towards other treatments can’t be offered once treatment is completed.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
